Return & Refund Policy

At Toonique, every product is custom-made just for you, based on the photos and preferences you provide. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping, a misprint, or an error on our end—we’ll make it right. Please review the details below:

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products due to their custom nature. Each piece is made specifically for the person (or pet!) in the artwork and cannot be resold.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

  • Your item arrives damaged or broken.

  • You receive the wrong product (e.g. wrong size, wrong design).

  • There is a printing or production error that was not caused by the submitted photo.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.

  • We may ask for further details to verify the error or damage.

Once approved, we’ll send out a replacement free of charge or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Artwork Approval

We work hard to bring your vision to life! If your order includes an artwork preview or proofing stage, it’s your responsibility to review and approve the final design before production. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on style preference after artwork approval.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we start working on your custom design quickly, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
